Malin + Goetz vitamin e face moisturiser

Is it good for oily skin?

I have yet to find a holy grail moisturiser. Partly because I believe that my skin

gets used to products and they begin to become ineffective. Therefore, typically,
once something is finished it’s time for something new, rather than a repurchase.

While at home in London I finished my Origins ginzing moisturising gel - which
I love! So it was time to find something new, enter the Malin and Goetz vitamin
e moisturiser.

I was browsing in Spake NK and was recommended this products by the salesperson. Already loving the aesthetic and ethics of the brand it didn’t take any convincing for me to choose this as my next moisturiser.

Due to my oily skin I usually go for a gel moisturiser. This one is not a gel and it isn’t very light. However, it’s not greasy and it sinks into the skin beautifully. The texture is lovely and it’s almost fragrance free. I’ve really noticed an improvement in my skin since consistently using this product. It’s light enough for the day but also an extra layer at night feels nice and luxurious. I do tend to keep it just for morning use though.

My favourite thing about this product is how my SPF layers on top of it. It doesn’t pill and I feel like the two products work very well together. My current SPF of choice is the Coola matte sunscreen.

This product has been a great introduction to the brand for me and I’m excited to purchase more from them in the future. I’ve got my eye on their enzyme mask…
